Order Cancellation
Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel the order as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order reaches you, you can contact our support team to begin the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected priority + insured shipping, you will have the option to have your order reshipped, or to be refunded if the order is lost during transit. If you ordered using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing," we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Yourstore is not responsible if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for customs fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships, but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
